This Shaking Medicine 4-week Embodiment Course is an interactive and progressive training.
Theme: Gentle Shaking Medicine for Seniors. We will explore the fundamentals of Shaking Medicine with therapeutic tremoring as the focal point in a way designed for seniors or anyone who may need a super gentle approach.

Online via Zoom. The link will be sent upon booking.
4 Consecutive Meetings. 1 meeting per week. 2 hours each meeting. Same time & day each week.
Starting 8 am - 10 am Sydney, Australia time zone on Jan 21st. Convert to your local time zone.
