Complaints and Grievances Policy
We are committed to fostering a supportive environment for holistic healing and spiritual growth. If you’re dissatisfied with our services—such as the conduct of trainers, subcontractors, or fellow learners—we aim to resolve your concerns fairly and promptly.
Complaint Resolution Process
Formal complaints are addressed within 20 working days, often sooner, following principles of natural justice and procedural fairness.
How to File a Complaint
Start by discussing concerns informally with your trainer or a trusted staff member. If unresolved, file a formal complaint by:
Emailing info@shakingmedicine.com with “Complaint” in the subject line.
Providing your name, contact details, and a formal description of the issue, including steps already taken.
Complaints must be submitted by the affected individual and will be investigated thoroughly. You may bring a representative to any related meetings. The process includes:
Reviewing documentation and interviewing involved parties.
Communicating outcomes via email.
Escalating unresolved cases to the Shaking Medicine chief executive.
Offering an independent third-party review if needed, with mutual agreement on the third party’s impartiality.
Records of complaints are securely stored, and calls or interviews may be recorded for resolution purposes. Senior management reviews finalized complaints to improve services. You may withdraw a complaint at any time, closing the matter.
