Therapeutic Tremoring for Vibrant Health

This Shaking Medicine workshop will be at Heartland in Tipi held ceremoniously with a fire.

Shaking Medicine focuses on embodying your instinctive mechanism of therapeutic tremoring. This mechanism has evolved over millions of years as hygiene for your nervous system to optimise your health and bring you into homeostasis.

It is for people in all stages of life. It naturally unravels stress, anxiety, trauma and more, which are the root causes of many ailments. In Shaking Medicine you let go of control, surrender, and allow your body to move you and spontaneously shake you.

It is more like remembering something already within you rather than learning something new. It empowers you to expand, ground, let go, trust, love, and fully live life!

This mechanism allows you to naturally & somatically alleviate aches, pains, tension, inflammation, stress, anxiety, & trauma all while cultivating more energy, flow states, clarity, resilience, creativity, balance, faster recovery rates, pleasure, and peace in your life.

This workshop will include a discussion on Shaking Medicine and a deep embodiment practice of Shaking Medicine.

Who is this for?: Beginner, intermediate, and experienced Shakers are welcome. We'll cover the basics while guiding in a way that allows more experienced shakers to expand their practice.
