# Shaking Medicine Foundation
> Australian not-for-profit teaching therapeutic tremoring (neurogenic shaking) so people can release trauma, stress, and tension and return toward vibrant homeostasis. Founded by Dr. Keith R. Motes, PhD.

Shaking Medicine is a somatic practice that awakens an innate, genetically encoded tremor mechanism shared by mammals. It is educational and wellness-oriented — not psychotherapy, not a medical treatment, and not a replacement for licensed care.
