The ecstatic traditions of the world do not rely upon cognitive understandings to teach their transformative ways. Instead, one sincerely prepares to be existentially awakened by ecstatic bliss. For the Kalahari Bushmen, the world's oldest and arguably strongest ecstatic culture, this preparation takes place by simply being around n/om(kundalini, chi, holy spirit, or the universal life force). This form of experiential learning is enhanced by the presence of an ecstatic shaker who is seasoned in the art of working with n/om.

An ecstatic shaking experience is available that introduces the oldest way of transforming the human body, mind, heart, and soul. As the Bushmen describe it, this ecstatic teaching aims to throw you into "God's pot" so you can become "cooked."

Talk is given a radically different role in this teaching. No particular importance is given to "answers," "insights," "understandings," "pledges," or "calls to action" - a departure from most traditions of teaching. "N/om Talk" and the "Life Force Theatre" are used to help shake up and liberate overly rigid habits of thought and action that block movement toward fully embodied ecstatic expression.
